About WomenWerk

WomenWerk is a women's empowerment non-profit seeking to build power for women. We work with communities of color to bring intersectionality to the gender equality movement. We work through three major initiatives:

1. Programs in partnership with women's networks at companies highlighting the challenges and opportunities women face.
​
2. Standalone events that highlight women speakers and their best practices for success across industry and key topics.
​
3. Civic engagement to train and mobilize women in all political parties to engage in voting and issues advocacy.
