Christmas Hutchinson

Christmas is a cancer surviving divorcee who has an uncanny ability to overcome adversity with grace and has a passion for serving and sharing her life experiences to inspire others. In 2017 she launched Simply ResilientTM, a blog where she shares her personal life challenges and reflections of resilience as a way to inspire others to improve their mindset to live a resilient life.  Professionally, she is a management consultant at one of the world’s largest professional services firms, serving as a trusted advisor to the top 5 global financial institutions specializing in Risk and Regulatory affairs.

Christmas is the immediate past president of the Alexandria, VA chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., leading the chapter in providing meals to low-income residents, mentoring  girls aged 14-18 years old, and raising money for scholarships for deserving high school seniors resulting in recognition from the mayor of Alexandria, VA for the impact and value the chapter’s service has had on the city.        

    

Christmas holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s of Business Administration, from The Johns Hopkins University. Christmas is a Los Angeles native, living in Brooklyn on relentless quest to find the best taco in New York.
