Dolapo Adedapo

 

Dolapo Adedapo is a seasoned nonprofit professional with over 7 years of progressive experience in program management, international development and consulting services with specific focus on building the structural capacity of emerging organizations within the nonprofit sector. Through her work, she has meaningfully contributed to the development of strategic programs and organizational development for many community serving NGOs both locally and internationally; some of which include, UNESCO, Special Olympics, Public Health Solutions and UNICEF amongst others. 

 

She is the Founder of Above& Beyond, a consulting firm that provides institutional capacity, organizational frameworks and innovative fundraising strategies to NGOs within the social sector. She also sits on the Board of The Nigerian Young Professionals Organization.

 

She often lends her voice to pressing global policy and social issues on an internationally syndicated radio show on Sahara Radio FM. 

 

Ms. Dolapo is a fervent advocate for promoting the rights and wellbeing of the most at risk sectors of the populations, most especially women and children, and believes that the success of any society is indeed connected to the development and wellbeing of its people, and that empowerment and education should be paramount investments in any individuals so they can thrive.
