Jena Burgess, PHR (BIO) Jena Burgess, PHR is the CEO & Founder of Coach Jena B. LLC a career coaching and consulting company. Jena leverages her recruiting experience in Fortune 500’s, nonprofits, start ups, and financial institutions to empower professionals to create a career of choice. Jena is a part of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) educational programming committee and also serves as a board member for HBCU Career Development Marketplace.
Armed with unique industry experience and engagement on college campuses, Jena launched a boutique career coaching and consulting company to serve the needs of early career professionals. Jena has taken her experience of creating options in a challenging economy and built curriculums that empower young people to “write their own ticket.” Jena has combined life coaching with career coaching to maximize results. Individual coaching is not enough. Jena works directly with universities, colleges, and companies to prepare talent for what she calls, the “changing workforce.”
